John Wick: Lighting Recreation

For the final of my Lighting and Grip Specialty course, we were tasked to accurately recreate a lighting setup from a feature film without using colour grading. Recreating the colourful and saturated lighting from John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum without any post work proved to be difficult - but not impossible. Using tight camera shots, gels, flags & diffusion, we recreated the shot faithfully, to the point where it looks natural edited into the real scene.
