The Mouse Trap

"The Mouse Trap is an interactive dining, drinking and dancing narrative experience. Through various mixed media techniques, guests will be transported into a mouse-sized world for a fun and immersive evening."

For my thesis project, I wanted to try to create something out of my comfort zone - and it ended up being one of my proudest achievements. The Mouse Trap was a delicate balance between live-action segments, pre-recorded video segments, interactive story elements, music, food, drink and dance, all contributing to a 2.5 hour narrative-driven party experience. We sold out of our 70 ticket capacity within our first 4 days of ticket sales, and exceeded our budget goals by selling merchandise. I hope to further develop The Mouse Trap in the future, bringing this innovative project to a grander scale and a larger audience.
